[0:38] Cooking clip — sag from 0:12 to 0:24, can't find the cause
Retention screenshot attached. Hook holds fine, 74% at 3s. Then it just bleeds from 0:12 through 0:24 and never recovers.
That section is the actual cooking — chopping, pan, stir. It's the substance of the video. I don't know how to cut it without cutting the point.

The sag is 12 seconds of process with no change in stakes. Nobody leaves because chopping is boring — they leave because nothing is at risk. Put the failure state in: show the thing that goes wrong if you get it wrong, at 0:12. Costs you two seconds and re-opens the loop.
Recut with that and it holds now. 0:12–0:24 went from a bleed to nearly flat. Thank you.
