Critique: three variants for a 22-min doc, none breaking 4%

Channel averages 6.2% so these are underperforming badly. All three feel fine to me which is exactly why I need other eyes.

Topic is niche industrial history. Wondering if the problem is that none of them communicate why you'd care, only what it's about.
