First post in 3 years of lurking. 0 → 1,100 subs in six weeks.

I've been reading this stuff since before the classroom existed and never made anything. Finally shipped.

What actually moved it, in order:

1. Stopped making videos about my topic and started making them about the moment someone realises they have my problem. Same topic, completely different entry point.
2. Wrote the title first. If I couldn't write a title I'd click, I didn't make the video. Killed 11 ideas this way and I think that's the whole reason it worked.
3. Cut my intros entirely. Not shortened. Deleted.

Nothing here is original — it's all in Fundamentals module 2. The difference was doing it instead of reading it again.
